What is a book summary?
A book summary is a concise synopsis of a business book that highlights the author's main ideas and gives the reader a specific insight and understanding into its contents. The summaries published by mino are approximately 4,500 words in length (12 pages) and typically take 20 to25 minutes to read.
Will I need to read the book after reading the book summary?
If you like the summary we encourage you to read the book for the finer details. At the end of each summary we provide a link which allows you to buy the book. For the ‘book worm’, summaries are a great way to screen book titles and determine which one to read next.
Can I subscribe to your service?
mino doesn’t offer a subscription. We don’t have any tricky subscription or renewal tricks. Get what you want when you want! Purchase 4 or more summaries and receive a 25% discount of your total purchase.
When do I receive my purchase?
Your purchased is emailed to you instantly. If you don’t receive it within an hour contact us support@mino.com.au and we’ll ensure you receive it. Please note, we don’t mail copies.
How safe is it to buy your summaries with a credit card online?
mino is secured by QuickSSL and utilizes a 128-bit SSL certificate, offering the highest level of encryption or security possible. This means you can shop safely, rest assured that communications between your browser and mino's web servers are private and secure.
What is your return policy?
If don’t receive a summary you’ve paid for or for some reason it’s incomplete we’ll send you the complete summary.
Can I receive my summaries when I am behind a company firewall?
Yes. Summaries are sent as e-mail attachments. Each attachment is in PDF format. You can also choose to receive the summaries in Palm or Win-CE format for your PDA. Virtually all company firewalls permit this kind of e-mail to enter through the firewall. However, if for any reason, you cannot receive your summaries at your office, you can easily change your subscription's destination e-mail address so that it goes to your home computer, or anywhere you like. Just click on My Account to change your destination any time.
Can mino summarise a particular book for my staff?
Sure, that’s what we do. Email us the title and how many copies you require and we’ll contact you with a price support@mino.com.au
Do you give bulk discounts?

Can I print my summaries in hard copy?
Absolutely, we encourage you to print the summary and read it in your lunch break, on the train or on the plane. Each customer can make one copy for personal use but no other duplication or redistribution is permitted.
Why don’t you offer summaries in audio?
Our research shows that the majority of customers want summaries in print fashion. If you’re a fan of audio summaries send us an email support@mino.com.au
